A little about myself ...

Hi,

I am a Saudi Arabia / UK based photographer, originally from Saudi Arabia. Photography has been a lifeline to my sanity ever since when my Dad first handed me the use of his Leica M2 at the age of 7.

Over the years I have honed my skills, approach and techniques with a liking for LandScape, Beauty, Fashion and Travel & StreetPhotography.

Nowadays I predominantly shoot digital, but occasionally revert back to film.

My website is to showcase a small chapter of my photography journey; with the galleries to showcase some of my work, while the blog is more about the gossip, a kind of Behind The Scene (BTS) as well as a scrapbook for the mashness that takes place in my head. The “Inspiration” tab is to recognise those whose work and drive inspires me, of course this list is not exhaustive and I will update and rotate the names over the course of time.

Over the years I have enjoyed photography in 30+ countries around the world.

Ottoman•Photography was created to encompass not just my photography journey, but other photography related activities, from showcasing, expeditions, workshops, and curating; and to allow me to do all that under a pseudonym that keeps me out of the limelight.

So … Why follow me? Because I am a contradiction and a clash of cultures, because you love my work and are intrigued about the details, because I am eccentric, and because I post on topics that pulls your attention.

Make sure to subscribe and follow my website to be part of the community, for more contradictory concepts, as well as the tips, and the rollercoaster ride … also make sure to follow me on my social media presence: Facebook Page and Instagram.

If you’d like to contact me for any photography related discussions, please feel free to do so via the “Contact Me” tab, and filling in the required details.

Thank you for taking the time to visit and viewing my site and I look forward to more active engagement with you.

With Warmest Regards,
